The Meadows
A large planned community in northwest Castle Rock with about 30 neighborhoods and more than 1,100 acres of parks and trails.
Founders Village
A large Castle Rock neighborhood of about 2,626 properties, where fixtures and supply lines in family-sized homes are the usual hiding places.
Crystal Valley Ranch
On the southern edge of Castle Rock, east of I-25, with 14 neighborhoods. Bigger yards mean longer irrigation and service lines.
Terrain
A newer community of 1,185 acres whose first phase broke ground in 2016. Newer homes leak at pressure valves, fittings and irrigation, not old pipe.
Castle Pines
Just north of Castle Rock. Water comes from Castle Pines North Metropolitan District west of I-25 and Parker Water & Sanitation District east of it, not Castle Rock Water.
